Knowing Sales

Without accurate transaction recording by a knowledgeable bookkeeper, it's difficult to know what sales are on a monthly basis or if your sales figures are accurate. I make sure monthly transactions are processed by the agreed upon date and review the Income Statement & Balance Sheet with clients so they understand their reports.

Accurate COGS Recording

I pay close attention to COGS accounts to ensure COGS purchases are accurately recorded, expenses are deducted and items are made billable to customers. I review the COGS percentage of sales with my clients to ensure they are charging their customers accurately and not overpaying for items/parts.

Receipt Management

Receipt management can be a struggle, so I help my clients use QuickBooks to upload receipts and statements and send messages in a secure manner. Once uploaded to QuickBooks, the receipts can be attached to transactions for backup.
